The challenge was to create a brand and web presence for a national commercial comparison company. The key message is that clients can make financial gains by making better choices for their business. Sales leads, referrals and enquiries needed to be more organised, as well as customer account management.
02 / Concept â–
After extensive research during our discovery phase, we identified the target audience, analysed the competition, and studied trends in the industry. This led us to multiple design concepts and ultimately a finished logo design with supporting brand guidelines documentation.
Our design team created a brand new website to showcase the company services and act as a lead generation tool. We integrated the website into the client’s CRM system to structure all of the data and build sales funnels. Our team pioneered a new way of presenting financial services to the target audience by taking a much more visual approach. The industry doesn’t have to look boring, so we broke the mould and created much more of a user experience lead design.
The objective is to encourage users to explore the site, and learn all the different ways in which they can save money with confidence.
Our SEO team built a search engine ranking campaign. We established a concise brief and a clear profile of the target audience. We created a campaign based on in-depth research and competitor analysis, focussing on specific key terms that would appeal to the right audience.
03 / Result â–
The branding, web presence and digital marketing strategies have firmly established them in the marketplace. Our work has allowed the company to increase turnover and grow their business in a short period of time.
Our SEO campaign has resulted in increased organic traffic to the website, more visibility, and more hits. This increase in traffic has brought in more enquiries, and ultimately more sales.
We continue to work closely with the client to ensure the user experience helps convert the website traffic into sales. This approach has seen bounce rates decrease dramatically, and increase incoming enquiries.
